CLIENT

Tunnel Vision

Established in 2008, Tunnel Vision is a Western Australian-owned solutions provider specialising in advanced drainage inspection, cleaning and trenchless rehabilitation services across residential, commercial, industrial, government and infrastructure sectors. Operating under an ISO 45001-certified Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and with a growing client base spanning mining, oil and gas, marine, construction and government infrastructure, Tunnel Vision has built its reputation on responsive service, technical capability and long-term reliability across some of WA’s most demanding operational environments.

BRIEF

Ready for a Bigger Presence

Tunnel Vision came to BEVIN at a pivotal point in its growth. The business had expanded well beyond its residential roots into complex industrial, mining, marine and government work, but its brand and digital presence hadn’t kept pace with where the business now sat in the market.

Tunnel Vision’s day-to-day work involves highly technical, often behind-the-scenes projects: CCTV pipeline inspections, trenchless relining, robotic cutting, offshore liner installations. On paper, it’s specialised and hard to visualise. In practice, it’s exactly the kind of work that builds credibility.

Tunnel Vision needed a partner who could pull all of this together: a refined brand, a website that reflected their current standing, video and animation that could bring technical project work to life, and a clear strategy to keep building momentum well beyond launch.

WHAT THEY SAID

Working with BEVIN Creative on the new Tunnel Vision website, project footage and case studies has been a really positive experience for our team. From the beginning, BEVIN took the time to understand who we are as a business, what we do, and the type of clients and industries we work with.

The final result is a website and collection of case studies that we are proud to share with clients, staff and industry partners. It gives Tunnel Vision a much stronger online presence and better reflects the quality of work, experience and professionalism within our business

We would happily recommend BEVIN Creative to other businesses looking for a team that can combine strong design, clear communication and a genuine understanding of what makes a business different.

To Be Successful

Aligning the brand with the business Tunnel Vision had become

Success for Tunnel Vision meant closing the gap between how the business looked and what it had actually become: an experienced, safety-accredited contractor trusted by mining companies, oil and gas operators, government bodies and major builders across WA.

Before any design or development work began, BEVIN carried out a full branding review, tightening up visual identity, tone and messaging into a cohesive style guide the Tunnel Vision team could apply consistently across the business. This gave every piece of work that followed, the website, the videos, the animation, a shared foundation to build from, rather than each element pulling in a different direction.

Just as important was making Tunnel Vision’s technical work legible to a non-technical audience. A facilities manager or council officer reading about trenchless rehabilitation or UV relining needed to walk away understanding not just what the service was, but why it mattered for their asset, their budget and their timeline.

Our Approach

Brand, Content and Strategy Working as One

BEVIN approached the project as a connected body of work rather than a series of separate deliverables. The refreshed brand and style guide set the visual and tonal rules. The new website gave those rules a home. The video and animation work gave the business a way to actually show its work rather than describe it. And the growth strategy ensured all of it kept working long after launch.

On the website itself, we restructured Tunnel Vision’s offering around the industries and sectors they serve, oil and gas, mining, marine, construction, facilities and government, so that visitors could quickly find themselves and their problem, rather than wading through a generic service list. Clear calls to action, a straightforward enquiry process and a dedicated timeline charting the company’s history from its earliest days as Plumbing Vision through to its ISO accreditation and industry award wins, all helped tell a story of steady, credible growth.

Video and animation were used to solve the problem technical service businesses often face: how do you show work that mostly happens underground, offshore or inside a pipe? We produced project footage and short animated sequences that walked viewers through processes like CCTV inspection, robotic cutting and trenchless relining, translating specialist procedures into content any client could follow and trust.

Alongside this, we developed detailed project case studies, including the Fremantle C Shed arch culvert restoration and an offshore vertical liner installation, that paired the new footage with clear technical narrative, giving Tunnel Vision proof points to share directly with prospective clients and tender panels.

What We Delivered

A Refreshed Brand, a Rebuilt Website and a Library of Project Content

BEVIN delivered a reviewed and tightened brand identity supported by a style guide, giving Tunnel Vision consistent visual standards across web, print and future marketing. On top of this, we built a fully redesigned website structured around Tunnel Vision’s industries and services, featuring an updated timeline, clear enquiry pathways and a dedicated projects section.

We produced a series of videos and supporting animations that captured Tunnel Vision’s technical capability in action, from pipeline inspection through to complex trenchless rehabilitation, giving the business content it could use across its website, tenders and client presentations.

We also developed in-depth project case studies, anchored by real project footage, to showcase Tunnel Vision’s problem-solving on standout jobs including the UV pipe relining project, the offshore vertical liner installation and the Fremantle C Shed arch culvert works.

Finally, we put together an ongoing growth strategy so Tunnel Vision’s new brand and digital presence continues to be built on, rather than treated as a one-off launch.

Moving Forward

Building on a Stronger Foundation

With a refreshed brand, a website that properly reflects their standing in the industry, and a growing library of video and case study content, Tunnel Vision is well positioned to keep winning work across mining, oil and gas, marine, construction and government sectors. BEVIN continues to work alongside the Tunnel Vision team on the ongoing growth strategy, ensuring the business stays visible, credible and front of mind as it takes on its next phase of projects.
