The decision to shift the visual identity along with the name change was intended to create a clear distinction between the two brands, as the business’s values and mission were also evolving intoa new space. DBL had a goal to shift further into the digital space, creating more opportunities for clients to train virtually, whilst still maintaining a quality in-person service offering for the clients that preferred training inside the physical gym. There were conversations about the potential of developing a new application for the gym’s digital platform which could offer virtual PT sessions, at-home fitness services, health resources and community connection; and this needed to be heavily considered during the rebrand process.
Dubbel has now positioned themselves, both through their digital marketing and in person operations, as a strong leader in personalised health, fitness and training.
