BRIEF
A world-class tender submission
To create a world-class tender submission, that would triumph above their competitors, in every facet, in order to secure the development of Australia’s first six star hotel. Due to the nature of the project, the tender was to be unique, with an opulent ‘look’, to effectively demonstrate our client’s capabilities. This project was all encompassing, from the creation of the physical packaging that impeccably housed the documentation, to the execution of the digital renders and animation, illustrating the complex building methodology and staging for this hotel project.

Furthermore, it was an essential component that we undertook the appropriate research into the pre-existing correspondence that Crown Group had with our client, in order to provide a fluent document that reflected their prior working relationship

We provided a detailed tender document that boasted a six star ‘feel’ through the impeccable presentation and attention to detail. Furthermore, we created a render that visually presented key milestone staging for the duration of the project.
