A not for profit specialist business advisory and training organisation that is committed to improving business and economic growth, with a focus on creating employment opportunities and prosperity for the community.
As they strive to remain at the forefront of their industry, Business Foundations wanted to embraced the latest in cloud technology and a digital communication strategy that will take them into and beyond 2020. As the community spend more time online it was paramount to establish a custom built website and advertising strategy to drive new opportunities. Whilst most projects are done in phases, both needed to be done in synergy so at launch the website traffic could be accumulated.
For the project to be a success we needed to design a unique engaging new website, with a focus on what business foundations do best and relaying that in a UX ( user experience ) that simplified their process. As every business has it’s point of difference it was very important that users also felt they were dealing with a professional business that could create a solution that is bespoke to them. The most critical part of any investment in a website was to drive new opportunities, so increase enrolments and brand awareness.
With a strong existing relationship with the key stakeholders at Business Foundations, we rolled up our sleeves and got straight into a structured process of simplifying the web journey for a prospective customer. Create ideas that visually reflect the businesses ethos and the perception of a friendly training environment, a place where small to mid-size businesses would feel comfortable and get valuable resources to help their business grow. An in depth study of the category was undertaken so a refined and focused approach to how we would target the online campaign.
After delivering a refreshing new website design for Business Foundations we created a customer experience that had clear direction and the desired information, which was required to make an informed decision. Once live we launched a Google search and display campaign that exceeded all expectations, the amount of enrolments from new clients was off the charts and exposure to the brand was extremely successful. We all like numbers, big data – we increased enrolment by up to 450%. So much so the client has increased spend on other areas of the business as they have real belief in our overall digital marketing strategy.
