Urban Intent is a Philadelphia Real Estate development company focused on creating a lifestyle brand integrating technology, entertainment & walkability in mixed-use apartment buildings. Their goal is to create an environment that enhances the residential experience for residents and neighbours through the thoughtful curation of spaces.
BRIEF
3D Animation
It was our duty to produce a cutting-edge animation that showcased the building at 1705 North American Street Philadelphia, PA for potential and existing clients. Urban Intent requested the highest quality finish to present to their high quality clientele, demonstrating the building’s exterior, commercial fit outs, residential appartments and ammenities such as gym and golf simulator. We were allocated 3 months to complete the project but were able to accomplish the finished product within 5 weeks.
